How the integration works
Incydr integrates with SAP SuccessFactors to automatically sync employee data into Incydr watchlists. Departing employees are added to the Departing Employee watchlist based on their departure date, and new hires can optionally be added to the New Hire watchlist based on their hire date. This ensures high-risk employee transitions are monitored in real time without manual intervention from HR or security teams.
The integration matches employee records between SAP SuccessFactors and Incydr using business email addresses. Once configured in the Mimecast Administration Console, the sync runs on a scheduled interval (as frequently as every three minutes) to keep watchlists current. Administrators receive notifications if errors occur, such as unmatched email addresses or expired credentials.
