Solution Overview

The Mirage integration with Mimecast bridges the gap between human risk data and email security policies. As Mirage detects risky user behavior through social engineering simulations and real-world reports, those events are automatically synced into Mimecast profile groups.

This creates a live feedback loop: employees who fail simulations or are targeted by real-world attacks are dynamically placed into the appropriate groups within Mimecast. Security teams can then apply tailored policies or training, such as stricter attachment scanning, URL filtering, or quarantine rules to higher-risk users without impacting the broader organization.

By keeping profile groups in sync with Mirage events, security leaders gain a unified view of human risk and can respond faster with targeted controls, reducing exposure to advanced phishing and social engineering attacks.
